Dr. Washington is a Certified Hospice Medical Director serving Cherish Hospice. With more than 30 years of experience in the medical field, Dr. Washington is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families navigating serious illness. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1993 and brings extensive clinical knowledge and leadership to the hospice team.

Dr. Washington is passionate about ensuring patients receive comfort, dignity, and quality care at the end of life. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family and collecting vintage toys.

Dr. T. Anthony Pechin II, M.D. is a family physician and geriatrician with more than 30 years of experience serving patients throughout Northeast Indiana. He earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. Throughout his career, Dr. Pechin has provided comprehensive care to patients across the continuum, with extensive experience in palliative care through both his primary care practice and his concurrent work in nursing home settings. His decades of service have been dedicated to improving quality of life for patients and supporting families through complex medical decisions. Outside of medicine, Dr. Pechin enjoys spending time with his family, including his two sons—both physicians—and his four grandchildren. In his free time, he also enjoys playing guitar and singing.

With over a decade of nursing and leadership experience, I serve as the Administrator for Cherish Hospice- Indiana, dedicated to raising the standard of quality care. I believe that a strong work-life balance is essential- not only for employees' happiness but also for ensuring patients receive the compassionate care they deserve. Outside of work, I find joy in plants, music, and playing the guitar. My greatest inspiration comes from my beautiful, big family, who keep me motivated every day.

Jodi began her nursing journey in 2007 as a Certified Nurse’s Aide. Her dedication to patient care and professional growth led her to earn her LPN and later her RN. With over a decade of experience in nurse management, Jodi brings strong leadership and a deep commitment to compassionate care. Hospice has been a refreshing and fulfilling chapter in her nursing career. She believes in prioritizing patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life—especially during the most tender moments families face. Being present in these times is not just part of the job for Jodi; it’s a true honor. Outside of work, Jodi skipped the traditional mid-life crisis and embraced gardening and baking, sourdough bread being her current specialty. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll often find her barefoot outdoors with her children or enjoying video games with her husband.

Donna Holt serves as a Community Liaison at Cherish Hospice, where she provides education and support to patients, families, and referral partners throughout the community. With more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, Donna brings a strong background in communication, relationship-building, and business development. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand hospice services and ensuring families have the information and resources they need during important moments of care. Outside of her professional role, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Marcia Womack is a Community Liaison at Cherish Hospice, where she focuses on business development, communication, and building strong relationships within the community. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, she is passionate about connecting patients, families, and referral partners with the compassionate hospice care and support they need during life’s most difficult moments.

Marcia enjoys spending time with her family as a proud mother and grandmother. In her free time, she loves traveling, watching reality TV, playing Euchre, and relaxing anywhere there is sunshine, sand, and the ocean. She is also a devoted dog mom and enjoys spending time with her four-legged companion.
