Dr. T. Anthony Pechin II, M.D. is a family physician and geriatrician with more than 30 years of experience serving patients throughout Northeast Indiana. He earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
Throughout his career, Dr. Pechin has provided comprehensive care to patients across the continuum, with extensive experience in palliative care through both his primary care practice and his concurrent work in nursing home settings. His decades of service have been dedicated to improving quality of life for patients and supporting families through complex medical decisions.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Pechin enjoys spending time with his family, including his two sons—both physicians—and his four grandchildren. In his free time, he also enjoys playing guitar and singing.
